In the telecommunications market it is very important to identify pre-assigned customers (those that left an operator) and their habits, i.e., those behaviors that might be useful to determine which clients will have a larger probability to abandon.
Starting from a sample of customers, half of them preassigned, the model calculates the probability that a customer is pre-assigned as a function of its consumption evolution and personal details. This information is of great relevance when designing campaigns targeted to those clients more prone to abandon.
